This was my 3th stay in 3 the last month and again was satisfied about comodity for price.Hotel is directly at the river and Oriental Pearl Tower and "Bottelopener " are very good to see,at day and night.Room was again very clean and breakfast was again good(both,Western & Chinese style)Employees at the bar have been very kind and helpfull providing hot water for our soups which we consumed in the bar with out comment.Next time will for sure stay again at Eiffelton if have work to do in Shanghai.
We asked a lady at the check if we could store our luggage for round about 3 hours ,after checked out, but she denied and explained it isn't possible .After asking Concierge (Andy) 10 m further we had more luck as for him wasn't a problem and so we stored the luggage at him. This stay was a little bit unlucky as this time not travelled single, was with my husband, but same catogery and price booked room was much smaller then at my previous 2 stays.

No swimming pool, there is sport center with the pool 500m away but you have to pay, no free internet, cost is 15USD/day or 0.5USD/min. Expensive restaurant. Subway not 500m, few kilometers.

Price, thats it.
I did not like it at all, the rooms were really small and the breakfast was on the hallway! And it wasn't very good.

The room is very nice
They say there is sauna but no sauna and no swimming pool : you have to pay a fitness club.

Very nice location at the river. Very big and clean room. The price is attractive. You can reach the downtown by taxi easily.
The staffs at the reception are not professional, it seems that they don't know exactly the rules of the hotel! This causes lots of inconvenience for us. One man staff should learn how to be polite, not just arguing with their guests.

Nice, clean and modern, good internet, good free breakfast , very helpful staff. Very reasonable price for the standard. Never got to the pool which was one of the reasons I booked.
Cat Stevens once wrote a song called "Miles from nowhere" and this sums up the only negative for this hotel. It's in a very large precinct in no mans land and no life around for miles except a unexciting golf practicing venue. Though near a near taxi ride to city civilization it is too far away to walk anywhere. I would bring my family back here as there is plenty of safe area to run around and there's courtyard dancing in the evening that seems to be a popular local gathering. As a solo traveler would prefer a little more action...even a 7/11 !!

Nothing ... old room.
It is absolutely not a 5 and also 4 star hotel. Just a 3 star hotel. You have to pay for using swimming pool. Information about the location of the hotel is incorrect, walk to subway at least 1 km away. Thus not 400 meters as described. Not recommend for this hotel!

The green surroundings of the hotel was excellent.
The tables in the breakfast buffet room could have been cleaner; if anything ended (for instance a juice) they didn't bring more.

Excellent rooms, good service, good
Alll features such as Fitness Center and suwimming pool are charged separate of main package and is located outside of Hotel. I just knew by the time I asked to use at the reception. Internet is too slow. It would be easier to include a Wi-Fi system. English is poor.
